The Clinical Research Program is located on Lakeland Drive across from the University of Mississippi Medical Center's main campus. The 8,000-square-foot building has 18 exam rooms, two labs and free front-door parking for participants.
A staff of 23 physicians, dentists, pharmacists, nurses and researchers review and oversee studies best suited to meet the needs of the citizens of Mississippi. Our patients come from very diverse backgrounds and range in age from the early 20s to the late 70s. We work closely with the Division of Hypertension, the Diabetes Clinic at the Jackson Medical Mall Thad Cochran Center and other clinics at the Medical Center and the Jackson Medical Mall.
Studies are monitored and kept within protocol. All compliance regulations are set forth by the Food and Drug Administration and the Medical Center.
